Sense and Sensibility

The life cycle is simple there is no place for emotions..sentiment...drama here actually speaking. It starts with life and ends with death. u come into the world with nothing and u leave with nothing. People who say good memories of a good life lived and all is utter nonsense cos hello ure dead...ure mind does not function it is devoid of the riot of thoughts.....ure finally at peace.... we get all the warmth we want in the womb and when we're out...is a cold cold world... the price u pay for everything is non negotiable. We pay a price for death also...”Adult body: Rs 250; child under 12 years: Rs 125." this is also non negotiable…Pooof…ure burnt to ashes!!
That is the simple truth of life… but what we want from life is actually not that simple….

People travel all over the world for mental peace...serenity…the travel agents are the ones who profit the most from this stupid misconception that “PEACE” is available in some foreign destination for a price. Its part of our “human” nature…we need something to look forward to something that makes us feel different for even a little while…anything new excites us….cos if peace really did come for a price then we’d all be living in the same piece of paradise wont we?!? Atleast all the Pg3’s would…

Face it we all sadistically like our run-of-the-mill lives…even the man who says “omg ekta kapoor needs to get a life” secretly likes the saas bahu drama…all of us at one point or the other have watched them and were addicted to them… and then we blame it on our moms or grandparents watching it cos of which we were forced to watch…drama drama drama

Guys complain about how much time a girl takes to dress up and all nonsensical gyaan she gets from cosmopolitan…only if they weren’t so embarrassed to admit that its not the chick on the cover they are interested in but all the beauty tips about how to keep the skin clear and have a perfectly toned body and they love it when the girl takes a while cos it makes them feel special like their opinion matters.….drama drama drama

We all love drama…be it bold and the beautiful or saas bahu boo hoo’s or our never ending hunt for something better….we all think it makes our life better and worthwhile. Truth is nothing matters.....what we give into life is what we want out of it as long as we live. Cos after that who cares….

"... and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances: And one man in his time plays many parts"
That finishes of what Adi said.
And it pretty much sums up what you have.

I consider this particular post a very irresponsible and ignorant one. Certain assumptions about the quirks of people have been randomly and intentionally misread. And twisted to probably add meaning to drama in self's life. Let me i guess stop abusing, and start pointing out the deviations from sensibility.

A good life is good memories, in the sunset of your life, would you rather be filled with regret and disgust or beautiful memories and be happy... because at that moment... when there are no regrets, no responsibilities, that is paradise, and the end of life.

There is a price to pay for death? Its not a price for death that you're paying dear, its the price for what remains of a person who's life's already over. It isn't a price for death... its a price for the clean up crew, which thankfully enough, you wouldn't be the one paying. You come with nothing, but you leave with everything, can you put a price on the love? can you put a price on the laughter? can you put a price on the fights you have with the love of your life, an d the bittersweet making up later?

An experience is priceless, one should be privileged to have lived a life. Being Sarcastic and moody is fashionable and very well, great writers have written tragedies... but not one of them regrets to have lived, except of course Nikolai Gogol, but then he was sick.

You know, travel is an anesthetic. People don't travel to see a place... they travel to leave familiarity behind. To leave their domestic worries... the indifference at workplace and the sudden disillusionment. People travel to get away, and more or less they do manage to find that peace while they are there. Holidays are a tool to help you get there, and some people manage it. some don't.

We like our run-of-the-mill lives?
Truth is WE HATE IT we are so afraid of leaving behind our security blankets, that we are willing to get to like what we hated the most. That is the part which is disgusting. We HATE normal. Seriously do you like normal? Ramya... on a personal note... you of all the people... tell me, do you have no ambition of being different from everyone of these pathetic sheep? i find it horrifying to see you write such trash.

Ah, The drama part, all hail the sycophants. All the worlds a stage?
Shakespeare is a drunk who didn't know half the stuff he was writing. Thats the first thing, and then these fools quote him out of context. REALLY lifts my faith in people, Christ.

No, we don't like drama. We don't WANT drama. Drama Happens to us. And when we don't know how to deal with it. Or since our brains are half twisted pieces of crap, and nothing interesting is happening in our lives... we tend to let it be.

I don't know about all the other people there, but i think and feel that dressing up beyond a point is narcissist and unnecessary... And at the base of it, its shallow meaningless and giving in to the pile of disgusting "cosmopolitan" inspired culture. Are you telling me guys like fake girls? or vice versa? you aren't looking much beyond a month then. If a guy looks for something that ridiculous, I'd say he deserves that fake girl, that would mean its any less pathetic though.

I think i'd better conclude now.

We don't want our lives to be complicated. If you've felt so, its probably because you don't have an ambition to fill into your life. Complications arise when there is a lack of simplicity, and simplicity comes from clear thought. Clear thought comes when you stop Pretending and take a moment.

We want simple. Give us simple.

darling...what you say is utter crap-- is 73 (avg expectancy) goddamn yrs... what you do and how you do it..matters..unless you look forward to some sort of after life. sounds like mindless pseudo ponderings of a very gullible soul
